Liability for Contents
We cannot accept any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or currency of the contents. As service providers we are responsible for the content of our own pages under the terms of applicable laws. However, as service providers we are not obligated to monitor external data that are communicated or stored or to search for conditions that would be indicative of illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block information according to applicable laws are not affected. Any liability in this respect, however, is only possible after the point in time when we become aware of an actual violation of the law. If we become aware of such violations of the law, we will immediately remove the contents in question.

Our website contains links to external third-party websites over which we have no influence of any kind. For this reason we cannot accept any responsibility for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of these sites is responsible for the content of these linked pages. The linked pages were reviewed for possible violations of the law at the time the links were set. At the time the links were set, no indications of illegal content were apparent. However, continuous monitoring of the content of linked pages is not a reasonable expectation so as to preclude any violation of the law. If we become aware of violations of the law, we will remove any such links immediately.

Copyright
The contents and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, editing, dissemination and any type of commercial exploitation going beyond the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author and/or creator. Downloads and copies of this page are only allowed for private use, not for commercial use. To the extent that content on this page was not generated by the operator, the copyrights of third parties were respected. Specifically, third-party content was labelled as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a breach of copyright, we ask that you inform us. On becoming aware of violations of the law, we will remove such content immediately.

The use of contact data published in the framework of our publisher’s disclosure obligations in order to send advertising and informational materials that are not expressly requested is herewith explicitly prohibited. The site operators reserve the right to initiate legal action in the case of unsolicited sending of web information, e.g. in the form of spam.

Statement of Data Protection for Social Plugins:

Facebook-Plugins
On this page we use plug-ins for the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ('Facebook').
If you call up our web pages on the Internet that are equipped with a plug-in of this kind, a connection is established with the  Facebook servers and at the same time the plug-in is shown on the web page with a message to your browser. This then tells the Facebook server which of our web pages you have visited. If you are already logged in as a member on Facebook, Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. When using the plug-in functions (e.g. by clicking on the 'like' button, entering a comment), this information will also be assigned to your Facebook account which you can only prevent by logging out before you use the plug-in.
You will find more detailed information concerning the collection and use of your data by Facebook and your rights and options for protecting your privacy in Facebook’s own data protection statements.

Twitter-Plug-ins
Plug-ins from the social network twitter.com, which is operated by Twitter, Inc., 795 Folsom Street, Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, are used on this website.
When you use our web pages that are equipped with a plug-in of this type, a connection is established with the Twitter-servers and at the same time the plug-in is shown on the website with a message to your browser. This tells the Twitter-server which of our web pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a member with Twitter, Twitter will assign this information to your personal Twitter-user account. When using the plug-in functions (e.g. by clicking on the 'Tweet'-buttons, making a comment), this information will also be assigned to your Twitter-account. You can prevent this only by logging out before you use the plug-in.
You will find more detailed information concerning the collection and use of your data by Twitter and your rights and options for protecting your privacy in Twitter’s own data protection statements.

Google+ Plugins
When you use our web pages that are equipped with a plug-in of this type, a connection is established with Google’s servers and at the same time the plug-in is shown on the web site with a message to your browser. This tells Google‘s servers which of our web pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a member with Google+, Google+ will assign this information to your personal Google+-user account. When using the plug-in functions (e.g. by clicking on the 'Comment'-buttons, making a comment), this information will also be assigned to your Google+-account, which you can only prevent by logging out before you use the plug-in.
You will find more detailed information concerning the collection and use of your data by Google+ and your rights and options for protecting your privacy in Google’s own data protection statements.

The information that the Cookie generates about your use of this website (including your IP-address) will be sent to a server owned by Google in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to generate reports about website activities for the website operator and to supplement other services associated with the use of the website and the internet. Google may also share this information with third parties to the extent that this is required by law or third parties are processing these data on commission from Google. Google will in no case connect your IP-address with other data that Google stores. You can prevent the installation of Cookies using the corresponding setting on your browser software; however, we must inform you that in this case you may not be able to use all of the functions on this website in their full scope.
